Clark Schaefer Executive Search Looks Beyond Cincinnati Market

Leading executive search firm specializes in placing C-Suite executives

Cincinnati, OH – February 23, 2023

Clark Schaefer Executive Search (CSES), a leading executive search firm specializing in C-suite executive placements in a variety of industries, today announced its plans to expand geographically, unveil a new website and brand, and develop its social media presence. A division of Clark Schaefer Hackett, CSES is led by Managing Director, Peter Olmsted.

CSES has placed 18 C-Suite level executives in the past year, making CSES a regional powerhouse in executive search firms.

CSES previously focused on placements in Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky, but soon will be expanding to fill roles in Tennessee, Indiana, and beyond. It’s all part of Clark Schaefer Hackett’s continued investment in CSES, which has the potential to expand into a multi-million-dollar business.

Said Peter Olmsted: “Our clients come to us to find the best of the best. We learn our clients’ business inside and out and we go above and beyond to learn their unique culture up front. This allows us to identify the perfect fit as we scan the market for talent. By doing the hard, up-front work, we ensure the best outcome for our clients.”

Olmsted spent 25 years working in HR leadership positions at both public and private companies. Peter was the Senior VP of HR for a $6 billion diversified global manufacturing company as well as a VP of HR for a $1 billion consumer products company.

Rich Premec Jr., Director of Executive Search, also brings a wealth of experience to CSES and its clients. Premec Jr. has over 35 years of experience in recruiting, sales and sales management, marketing, logistics, and general management. Rich began his career in global logistics, where he contributed to the growth of one of today’s leading global logistics providers. Shortly thereafter Rich pursued business ownership by purchasing an executive search franchise.

CSES prides itself on placing executives that stay. Continued Peter, “It’s not a successful placement for us if a company needs to restart the search a year later. We strive for long-term success, both in our placements and in our relationships, which keep clients coming back to us for their future executive needs.”
