Peter Olmsted is the Managing Director of Clark Schaefer Executive Search. Peter partners with clients to develop executive strategies and solutions that enable organizations to fuel their growth by developing optimized executive talent. Peter’s cumulative experience enables him to provide unique insights in the service of client needs. Utilizing his BA in Business Administration, HR Concentration from Pace University, New York and MBA from Xavier University, he has spent 25 years working in HR leadership positions at both public and private companies. Peter was the Senior VP of HR for a $6 billion diversified global manufacturing company as well as a VP of HR for a $1 billion consumer products company. Peter helped initiate and develop “Career Bridge” a program for underserved and disadvantaged workers in Greater Cincinnati. Career Bridge is an initiative of Partners for a Competitive Workforce (a United Way Organization). Peter was formerly on the advisory committee for the Boy Scout’s Learning for Life initiative, and he was also a board member for Junior Achievement. Peter currently serves on the Board of the Ohio Justice and Policy Center, a bi-partisan non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fair and equal justice for all people.
Rich Premec, Jr. is a Senior Executive Search Consultant with thirty-five plus years of experience in recruiting, sales and sales management, marketing, logistics and general management. Rich is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Administrative Science. Rich began his career in global logistics where he contributed to the growth of one of today’s leading global logistics providers. Rich left the industry in 2000 to pursue business ownership by purchasing an executive search franchise. Rich’s success as a franchise owner earned him notoriety in Entrepreneur Magazine and Kiplingers. Rich is an avid fly fisherman who enjoys fly tying, hiking, guiding as well as fishing and believes it is a strong metaphor for his approach to executive search.
