However, we find that 90% of the best candidates are loved at their companies… but they DO NOT HAVE A PLAN. When approaching a prospect, we have a comprehensive discussion about both present and future. We do not just talk with candidates about the “job”, we talk about all aspects of the position, the company, and why this opportunity aligns with their personal goals.
